[OpenID] google + Azurte/ACS plus "targeted SSO" to realty listings

Now we have engaged with the Google and the Microsoft clouds, Im wondering what to do with it (other than use Google as a authentication authority for logon). To sell this, it needs to do something cute and novel. It would ideally be cute for Google, cute for the general public at large, and cute for the provider of interesting content. In our case, those resources are property listings with data that, unlike Zillow, is authoritative and trustworthy for major personal finance decision making. Zillow is fine for feel-bad-factors (how much net worth have I probably lost - on paper - this year...). Using briding, Im able to now say to a google property, now host link X to a property listing. Since the X is intended to be on a Google  property, it will require a Google logon session to arm the link. Google's openid provider will (normally silently) support the closure of the links security mechanisms, that ultimatley show a web page.
