[OpenID] Integrate openID with a site

Hi.
 
My name is Francisco and I am PHP developer. 
I have a little website and I am trying that user can login with their google and facebook accounts...
 
I have create my site on myopenid.com and make the CNAME domain redirection from to  openid.mysite.com to 
www.myopenid.com ... them I have downloaded the source code "PHP OpenID library by JanRain" and I have try with 
and user that I have create in myopenid.com and it works ... but ... I have some questions ...
 
1.- User can create a account in my website now .... with openid ... I suppossed that when somebody 
create and account in my website ... do I have to create a openid account to???  if yes?? How can I do it??
 
Do I have to use only the consumer code?????  if I only want that someboy do sigin in my portal???
