[OpenID] trying to use an account with flickr to set up an openid one ...

Hello Tech Monk,

OpenID requires you to specify which provider your OpenID is from. If
you enter just "tekmonk2005", blogspot will not know where to find
that. Your username is a full URL. You can try entering
"flickr.com/people/tekmonk2005" into the OpenID URL field.
