[OpenID] OpenID 2.0 directed identity - Facebook / Microsoft

Facebook is a relying party. We accept identifiers that direct to another location (although not perfectly).

We have no immediate plans to become an OpenID 2.0 provider. We do support OAuth 2.0 and we are actively involved in the evolution of OpenID to the next version.
