[OpenID] Perl Net::OpenID modules updated, help sought

Hi all,

The Perl modules Net::OpenID::Consumer and Net::OpenID::Server have just
been updated for the first time in a couple of years. If you're using these
modules to implement an OP or RP your help is needed with testing. Please
