[OpenID] April 5-6 OpenID conference

I don't think that there's any registration yet.  My understanding is
that it's April 5th and 6th at Microsoft in Mountain View, CA.  I
think we'll spend both days focused on technology though the 6th will
also have meetings about the government's certification program.
