Relying parties need to be able to authenticate themselves to the 
FOAF host, then; this seems unlikely to happen, unless anonymous RP's 
come into style or users start hosting their own RP/FOAF on their 
cellphones (and by the time they do *that*, I think the 
infrastructure will be present to *let* them do it).
