[OpenID] OpenID 2.0 directed identity - Facebook / Microsoft

As far as I know Facebook and Microsoft are not OpenID Identity providers.
Facebook is a RP, and Microsoft has experimented with adding openID but has not released anything officially.
Those organizations can speak to there plans for supporting openID 2.0.
Both are actively involved in future versions that support their use cases.
