[OpenID] [WG-ULX] New login UI prototype; please kick the tires

I noticed the same thing. Strangely, I got feedback from others at PayPal who seemed to see the URL bar themselves (and noticed that it was obviously a mockup URL rather than a real one), so I wasn't sure if I was missing something or if different people were seeing different things...?
