[OpenID] Nascar-fix? Austin King: Federating websites via the Repo design pattern

I like the progressive enhancement aspects of this solution, but I'd 
still rather see passive markup on the part of the web site 
(http://bob.example.com/bob). It seems like this is what host-meta is 
designed for. The host-meta can define OStatus endpoints for posting 
data, or defining bob's OStatus "handle" that Alice's "browser" can use. 
I realize this approach puts more of the identity and federation smarts 
in the user's "client" rather than in the web, but I still see the 
"client" as the best option for a consumer friendly seamless experience.
