[OpenID] A network approach to e-identity

Although it is not directly related to openid, I would like to draw your
attention to the whitepaper on how we are implementing "open identity" in
the Netherlands:

The scheme is developed at the request of the Ministry of Economic Affairs
of The Netherlands. We take a networked market approach where Banks, Telco's
and traditional id providers are involved.

 

Being involved in implementing the scheme at the RP site, I see some good
benefits that might be of interest for members of the openid community.
