[OpenID] Microtransactions with Facebook-style "sessions"

I was reading about nanobucks and the idea of paying just to see the 
pages you needed versus buying a subscription for the entire 
library/article; it occurred to me that this would be an excellent 
example of how it could be *necessary* for the OP to chat with an OP 
during every single connection. It would need to get approval on the 
new charges, with the pages accessed not known until the user *did* 
decide to request more. The financial institution might be reached 
through OAuth with the OP accepting user preferences for how much 
money could be allocated to a single site without asking before the 
OP prompted the user to authorize more, and then acting as a single 
vendor to the financial institution.
