[OpenID] a small piece of history

Congratulations on achieving such solid  alignment and great concrete
results this month/summer.  Let's hope that the  Gov 2.0 Summit will further
galvanize and energize the global OpenID community as well as stimulate the
entire Internet infrastructure "ecosystem" to find common cause in fully
responding to the set of opportunities and potential developments now on the
table.  Much continued success.
