[OpenID] Fwd: ID Community and Berkman Center

Yadis was an outgrowth of the meetings between OpenID, LID, Sxip and i-names
started on IIW-Berkeley, continued at Berkman and coalesced at IIW-Mt. View,
where it was decided to use the "OpenID" name for the emerging
technology....
