[OpenID] A proposal to fix PHP OpenID library

I had a problem with PHP OpenID library found at  http://openidenabled.com/
http://openidenabled.com/ : authentication didn't work with Google. So that
I had to 
http://www.openrest.eu/docs/openid-not-completely-enabled-for-google.php
write a patch . Someone else noticed this problem?
