Shouldn't be too tricky to start out with. If there are Working 
Groups at XRD for months before the public review, they obviously 
weren't expected to have the spec perfected before they applied. 
Figure out where your bottlenecks will be (time-wise) and get started 
on the ones that will take the longest, first.
