Excellent point David.
Clearly for this proposed work to be profiled by ICAM for use by the
US Government we need to consider Section 508 of the 1998
Rehabilitation Act.
A colour representation suitable for screen readers from all browser
vendors would need to be found.
This is a tricker question than first anticipated.
