It would be logical to just use RGB formatting. Isn't that universal?

Should we have different values per system of spelling ('color' for 
Americans', 'colour' for Europeans) to ensure ethnic flexibility? Or 
perhaps keep things easier for developers (not to mention retaining 
interoperability) by settling on a single word that everyone can 
agree to disagree on? I propose that we achieve compromise by 
creating a spelling that *noone* thinks is correct: that way, 
*everyone* will be unhappy (and thus equal) :)
