On a related point... it's fairly common for draft specifications to provide a link to the current version.  See, for example, the top portions of http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/ and http://dublincore.org/documents/abstract-model/.

In this case, http://openid.net/specs/openid-provider-authentication-policy-extension/ could be configured to always redirect to the latest version of the spec?  Doing this adds a (small?) burden on whoever is maintaining the opened.net site, but is helpful for people who end up at an out of date version of the spec (because they followed an out of date link or used a Google search).

You are correct.  I would fix it but RPX on the openid.net<http://openid.net> wiki won't let me in at the moment.
