[OpenID] PAPE URL on http://openid.net/developers/

Is the link to PAPE on http://openid.net/developers/ correct?  It currently points to http://openid.net/specs/openid-provider-authentication-policy-extension-1_0-07.html (dated Oct 20 2008) whereas I think it should point to http://openid.net/specs/openid-provider-authentication-policy-extension-1_0.html ?

Apologies if I missed something obvious.
