And sometimes the shouter is simply being ignored as being the more polite
choice - rather than dumping on them for either: a) re-hashing a settled
issue; b) bringing up a point that makes no sense in the given context; or
c) doing an apples v. cats comparison. Sometimes silence IS the best choice.
