[OpenID] Should Openid's resolve to their descriptors in v.next?

Keep in mind that anything suggested for 1.0 (such as upgrading to 
1.1) will fail for those users who already have 1.0 working, and lack 
the time/skill/inclination to make any changes to it. Legacy support 
is still important, here - don't make any suggestions that would 
break it.

You mean that instead of the average user learning to type in 
"google.com", they must learn to type in "accnt://google.com"? Even 
if I had a blinking cursor placed right after a prefilled "acct://", 
my first reaction (as an average user) would *still* be 
counterproductive: it would probably be to delete all that scary 
meaningless code stuff, and put in "google.com" (which actually makes 
sense to non-programmers).
