Great. Now that we have that out of the way.
I think your idea will not work and is not required for the following
reasons.
1) If the the guy is uncivil and talking nonsense all you have to do is
ignore him and the problem will go away. This is a known fact in all such
community forums. I am sure you agree with me in this.
2) If the guy is uncivil but talking sense, what can you do about it?
People are tolerant of uncivil persons who talk sense. Simon Cowell of
American Idol is a good case in point. He is an obnoxious Britisher
(outsider). No matter how badly he treats the hapless contestants, and no
matter how much the American people dislike him, they still seem to tolerate
him, just because they know he talks sense.
And I think that is a good trait of the American people.
I can go on and on, on this. But i guess i made my point and i shall rest my
case.
