[OpenID] host-meta and "acct:"

Hi James,
I can see a serious problem with your argument. You are assuming the
meta-data "is not a resource". I think meta-data is also a "Resource".
Can you tell me why "meta-data" is not a Resource?
All the three XRD's you mentioned are also "Resources", and they also have
<Subjects> that happen to be the very URI's that you use to address them.
eg,
<Subject>http://mywebsite/jim.footy.xrd</Subject>
