AX requires that you have a Type URI for every different bit of information
you send. A Type URI can be any valid format of a URI that you and the RP
agrees to. You do NOT need these type URIs to be agreed to by any standards
body, although if you do then you have a better chance to interoperate with
more than just the hosts you control.
