[OpenID] UI implementer's draft support announcement

Thanks, Chris.

Most GDATA APIs are now OAuth-enabled, so they can be accessed via the
OpenID endpoint using the hybrid flow.

We also added support to the following AX attributes:

-First name
-Last name
-Language
-Country
