[OpenID] Proposal for email address in URL path as a valid OpenID

Consider this
myopenid.com/abc at def.com
This is a valid url. I think this can be accepted as a valid OpenID
according to the spec.
If we are going to accept email addresses as valid OpenID's then url's in
the above form have a role to play.
With just an email address the onus on discovery rests with the email
provider.
However allowing url's in the above form will give the user an option for
using other providers for discovery. And he needs to do this only once.
Responsibilty will rest with the RP to remember this the next time he comes
around.
Seeing an email address the RP has to split it into two parts and perform
discovery.
