[OpenID] A Case for OpenEmailID

That is great David. I feel a sense of urgency on this matter. I thought
OpenID discovery as a place to start. However i could not find much info on
the wiki. Is there a draft spec or working group docs available?

Also I am reposting a couple of links I am sure most of you have seen but
can be a starting point.
