[OpenID] A Case for OpenEmailID

Hey Santosh,
I think there's a lot of momentum right now within the OpenID  
community to support email addresses as well as URLs as OpenID  
identifiers.  I know that a few years ago this was heresy, but given  
how OpenID is being used and the web is evolving, email addresses seem  
like a good choice.

This doesn't mean that we all agree on the technical solution to make  
it happen, but there's definitely momentum right now to do it.
