[OpenID] Created OpenID twitter group at twibes.com

I see a lot of useful OpenID tweets getting drowned in all that noise. With
the OpenID twitter group we can have out tweets at a central location for
every one to easily see.

All you have to do is join the group and the next time you tweet about
OpenID, make sure the word OpenID appears somewhere on your tweet.
