Some will see security as nothing more than another factor in the 
cost-benefit analysis; it won't matter to them how secure OpenID is, 
only whether the money they save by switching to it outweighs the 
money they'll *lose* by using it.

And savvy Japanese thieves will already be looking into how they can 
break OpenID - as its popularity grows and before any claims it can 
make to "security through obscurity" vanish like fog under sunlight. 
Their local counterparts (with the American economy being as it is) 
may see OpenID coming, yet not take the time to prepare - even 
thieves are not exempt for cost-benefit analyses ;)
