[OpenID] Interoperability problem with OpenID POST response between myopenid and Google

I replied here, because of a similar problem (same error with same 
provider, and he also had accented characters in his name) was reported 
here half a month ago. I only added the name of the used library and 
provider so the report would be complete (I didn't thought it was a DNOA 
error actually).

I just sent the log, that was created by log4net and DNOA. The error 
went away when I used GET or when I changed my name not to use these 
characters.
