[OpenID] choosing persona during sign in

Hi Allen,
Why not hide the personas option for users until they explore their account
settings page and see a little corner of a feature called 'personas'. If
they set it up, then on future logins they'll have the option of picking
their from the alternate personas. This will give the users to power as
they are ready for it, without complicating the login process for the new
users.
