[OpenID] EU regulators call for tighter privacy provisions on OpenID, Facebook

The article mostly talked about social networking. It mentioned FaceBook
and Microsoft LiveID, neither of which have anything to do with OpenID or
OAuth. I wonder if they just stuck those two terms in there, unjustified,
because it sounded like it fit?
I can see the privacy concerns with the social networking... and it seems to
have nothing to do with either of these protocols.
