[OpenID] Authorized Voting for Email Like Identifiers

I said "Email like identifier" i haven't mentioned as you suggest Email
identifiers or Email addresses. A Google Wave ID is an email like identifier
(something at somewhere.com).
I already know where this is headed. Maybe this is a time we should all be
pragmatic about this. We have already argued all of this enough and more. I
am just suggesting a "yes" or "no" vote. Is it too much to ask?
