[OpenID] dom problem with openid

Yes am trying to use Jan Rain's open id library for php.. I found this
problem by comparing the phpinfo-s of my server and "wampserver".. i can run
the code in wampserver in my local comp and it works perfectly but @ server
after i submit my openid url, it says that XML parser not found.. Anyway, if
you can help me with wht exactly should be done, it'll be of great help..
