[OpenID] Contract Exchange WG mailling list is finally up and running

Dear OpenIDers:

The mailling list for the approved working group "Contract Exchange" is
finally up.
Mailling list address is specs-cx at openid.net

To join, subscribe at

http://openid.net/mailman/listinfo/specs-cx

and send contribution agreement to the list and don at oidf.org.

The contribution agreement can be found at:

When you first suscribe to the list, you will be registered as "moderated".
That is, your post will not appear until I approve.
Once I find your signed agreement being posted to the list, then, I will
take of this moderation flag
so that you can freely post.
