[OpenID] Current OpenID AX implementations, plugins, etc.

Hi Laurie,

Yahoo is currently testing Simple Reg, and we'll be supporting AX as
well. Although SReg and AX are pretty much equivalent, we rolled out
SReg first because AX does not have a way for the RP to include a link
to its Privacy Policy in the authentication request, and SReg seems to
be a bit more widely used.

Moving forward, I hope to see a minor revision to SReg to include a link
to the user's Avatar Image, as well as additional information about the
quality of the verification of the user's email address.

The AX spec is also being updated in the near future, and I'd expect the
final version to be a superset of SReg.
