[OpenID] Trying to verify that my OpenID is valid

Assuming we actually have some tests to host, this is a great idea.

However, I'm not sure that we do, do we?

I know the OSIS folks have worked on test cases, but is there actually 
an automated test harness?

The openid-test project, which is currently stalled due to lack of 
contributors, has a test harness but very few tests.

It seems like these things ought to be combined together, though I'm not 
sure that anyone has the free time to do it right now.
