[OpenID] Trying to verify that my OpenID is valid

IMHO, using openid.net to host validation suites is a fantastic idea.
Is there anyone who wants to take this project on? Assuming we can talk the
rest of the OIDF board (the owners) that this is a legit purpose of that
domain, that is.
