[OpenID] HTML-Based Discovery incompatibilities

+1!
I think it's clear that the current solution for discovery -- while
working today -- isn't going to be what's needed a few years from
now. We're going to have to move to a new solution and in doing so
balance architecture and adoptability. The good news is OpenID won't
be the only technology/solution/product that is going to be wrestling
with this exact same problem.
