[OpenID] Myopenid ax

Working hard at it.  We will have many OPs, SPs and Applications  
Consumers deployed for a multi-domain demonstration.  Each domain will  
have its own OP managing users and their organizational permissions  
for emergency management.  I do think that this is where OP/AX is  
incredibly useful.
