Is there an op out there allowing public enrollment, and it delegates to myopenid's hosted op service?
Ideally it would allow me to define and populate values for my own (per user) ax atributes.
(I want to send them to a dotnetopenid powered rp.)

Subject: [OpenID] How to join the OpenID wiki
Each time I need to join a new pbwiki-powered wiki I can never remember
the hoops you need to jump through to actually do it, so I thought this
time I'd actually write it down where others might find it useful.
To "join" the new OpenID wiki:
* Go to https://my.pbwiki.com/
* Sign in (using OpenID, ideally -- click the little OpenID icon next to
the Email Address field)
* Once you're logged in, go to:
http://wiki.openid.net/?_domained_wiki_credentials_from=my
This will transfer your login cookie over to wiki.openid.net.
* Click the "Join this wiki" link to actually join.
Once you've done this, henceforth you can just sign in to pbWiki and
then follow the link from the my.pbwiki.com home page to the wiki, at
which point it'll transfer your credentials automatically.
Why they don't just let folks sign in to wiki.openid.net directly is a
mystery.
By the way, the above process does create Yet Another Redundant Personal
Profile for you on pbWiki, but it is at least mostly ignorable. You just
need to tell them your name.
