[OpenID] "OpenID Specs Mailing List" <specs at openid.net>, now moderated?

It might just be me, but I get an error saying that my messages to the specs
list is pending for the approval even though I am posting it from a
subscribed mail address.
Has it become a moderated list?

Has anybody experienced something similar?
