[OpenID] OIDF Membership

Speaking of OIDF memberships, I've recently found myself in an interesting
situation with my own personal membership.

My initial registration with the OIDF was associated with my Clickpass OID.
About 1 month ago I decided to replace this with my Google ID and I did.
Well because I didn't checked the "Allow this site to remember me" option
during the association and the OIDF does not allow for more than a single
OID association, my OID was replaced with a temporary Google identifier; one
that I can never use again. Subseqently I'm now locked out of my account
with no visible recovery options.

So while I'm semi-embarassed to even be bringing this up, what do I do next?
