[OpenID] 8th OpenID community board member

The executive committee is currently made up of a mix of community and  
corporate members.  Given that there will always be one more community  
member than corporate, I think it would be hard to have an executive  
committee made up entirely of corporate members.  That said, it is  
something we should address in the Foundation's bylaws.
