[OpenID] User-editable XRDS files?

XRI hosters generally do, in my experience. For example, freexri.com and
1id.com both let you. 1id.com limits you with a UI that doesn't let you do
everything, but you can do most things. Freexri.com is wizard or free-form
-- your choice.
Both of these services are OpenID Providers, but less-than-stellar, IMO. So
I have written my XRDS docs to delegate to other OPs.
