[OpenID] Eating our own dog food

For a list like the one Johannes gave, that makes sense.  From a "Welcome, *
claimed_id!*" scenario, the tooltip makes more sense to me, since I don't
want to make the user's *own* OpenID a link since it doesn't buy the user
much if anything.  But I could go either way.
