[OpenID] IPR Update passed

Glad to see it passed!

Oddly, although I voted on the IPR poll, when I log into the membership area it says I have never voted for anything. That makes me wonder if my vote was counted (though if it wasn't, it would not have changed the outcome as I voted to accept the IPR changes) or if whatever mechanism reports on votes is broken.
