[OpenID] A european voice within OIDF

Thanks for this Henrik — it's good to hear that the EU OpenID community is
organizing itself and coming together.

It would certainly be a positive development to have a stronger
representation of OpenID in the EU — and I'd be interested and open to ideas
on to how, with the new board, we can facilitate collaboration efforts
between all geographically-oriented initiatives.
